Difference Between Jasmine Rice and White Rice

There are varieties of rice if you look right from white rice to basmati to jasmine rice. One can have plenty of options whenever they are in a restaurant. Rice is one of the common foods that are mostly consumed in West Bengal. It may be due to the extreme weather conditions that people of West Bengal consume rice in the afternoon and most of the time even at dinner.

What is Jasmine Rice?

Jasmine rice is nothing but a variant of rice that is a long-grained one. Jasmine rice is not like normal white rice because jasmine rice has an aroma naturally present in it.
